With almost 25 years of experience in tax, Yu-Ting is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals. She works with closely held businesses and the owners to provide start-up company tax and accounting advisory, income tax planning and compliance. Yu-Ting collaborates with professionals to form a tailored advisory team offering cohesive planning in areas such as income tax, succession and wealth transfer, or philanthropic planning. In the most recent 4-5 years, Yu-Ting has developed a special niche in the crypto tax area. She helps entrepreneurs in Web3 / NFT/ Blockchain with tax planning and compliance and extends her support to crypto funds and individuals holding crypto assets. Yu-Ting is currently serving as the Vice Chair of the AICPA Digital Assets Tax Task Force. In that role, she works with a group of elite CPAs and attorneys advocating for taxpayers and practitioners for clear guidance from IRS related to digital assets. Yu-Ting cares about her clients and her team. She believes that as a tax advisor, we serve our clients with our knowledge but also with our heart.
